rose bay remodel
This quaint Gothic cape, the owners second home, was due for some help. The late 1800s building required significant repair to the south side. This was the perfect opportunity for a new entrance and interior configuration. The original kitchen was moved to the south side of the house enabling installation of completely new cabinetry, island and appliances. The kitchen was also opened up to the formal living room, which looks out onto Rose Bay.
The design was a careful balance of interior modernization and heritage restoration.
