The Rivers Ranch Round Pen is located on the same property as the Rivers Ranch Retreat. The building is designed as a place for training horses in an enclosed environment, protected from the elements. The structure is a glulam post and beam gabled roof. The structure of the Round Pen relates to the original barn of the Rivers Ranch Retreat, with its exposed wood elements, while the cladding of the Round Pen is designed to relate to the theRivers Ranch Retreatbunkhouse, with its batten screen. The Round Pen also contains an area for hay storage, along with a heated workshop and garage.
The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in 2025.
