Joan graduated from J.L. Ilsley High School with Honours in Business Education and acquired a Medical Secretarial Diploma at Margille Career College in Halifax. She has been working part-time at Solterre Design Inc. for four years now. Her position involves bookkeeping and administration for a busy and growing office.
Joan has been married for 32 years with two sons, and a granddaughter. She spends a lot of her free time with family, and especially enjoys spending time at the beach in the summer.
